Vocational Training Program
The Institution is making an effort to empower women, in this concern the Institution has organized a handicraft training program. In this program, the participant women got trained in making handicraft items, the beneficiaries benefited from this program. In these training programs, the participant’s Women took training in Zari Work, Wooden Work, Pot Making, Carpet Weaving, Wall hanging, Toys Making, Furniture Making, etc.
Education Program for Underprivileged
The Institution had carried out a read and write skill program for People of backward areas of Tehri district with help of the volunteers. This program aimed at achieving self-reliance in literacy & numbering among urban slum adults and also imbibing the value of national integration, conservation of the environment, women’s equality, and observance of the small family norms. The Institution had also distributed necessary books free of cost to participants of this program. The participants of these programs benefited largely.
Swacch Bharat Abhiyan
The society has adapted a swachh bharat abhiyan in the nearby locality to keep the surroundings clean. It is our duty to keep our surroundings lean as well as leaning our houses; under the campaign by Central Govt. we have started the abhiyan every month.
